Hello world, do you carry a neck pillow while traveling?

For long flights, carrying a neck pillow can come in very handy. It gives good support to your neck and avoids those awkward moments when you accidentally drop your head on another person’s shoulder XD

Well, I guess the latter is a more important reason to carry one. 😂

Yesterday, was a big deal for me. My story got featured on The NationWide magazine and it marked a significant milestone for RockandSolo.

Time and again, the universe has shown me that if you discharge your duties with genuineness, dedication and pure will, the results will be beyond what you expect.

When I started RockandSolo, I wanted the content in it to be meaningful, helpful and inspiring. Every blog post, every video, every reel of RockandSolo has a part of me in it (heart, mind, and soul).

And I’m going to keep it that way even if it’s going to make my growth a tad-bit slow (which I clearly see is not the case, thanks universe!).

The same happened with my Bodoland video too. I put my heart and soul into it and it just exploded on all social media channels. I never anticipated the outcome of my video to be this big. But I know that I gave my 100% to it without having any specific expectations in return.

Three days ago, my friend Javed, who was also the organiser of the Bodoland trip, gave me a call and said that he had recommended me to a journalist who would be calling me that day to take my interview and feature my story on The NationWide magazine.

Javed believed in me and my work. He is currently helping me in gathering content from Shikdamakha (the cleanest village of Assam) which will be showcased in my next video from my Umswai Valley series (please check YouTube). And Javed is working tirelessly to promote rural tourism in tribal areas in Assam.

Thanks to @javedparvesh and Liza George (the journalist of @thenatwide ) for sharing my story. I hope it inspires a lot more people to chase their dreams fearlessly, truthfully, and happily :)
